Unfortunately we do not offer refunds. Refunds are not permitted. All sales are final. Before completing your purchase you will need to ensure that your order is correct. Because our natural hair is 100% human hair and each piece comes from a separate donor we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The exchange is within 7 days from package received date for Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, No scents or odors, No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.It must also be in the original packaging. The exchange is only for Fifty Shades of Hair products, wigs and hair bundles. Perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.

Exchange is for products that are equal to the greater value.

Any exchange request after 30 calendar days will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, or processed) in any way. This includes zip ties, rubber banding and self packing.

According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to allergies, hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law.

Items must be in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

Exchanges that requires shipping is at your own expense. You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange.

Once your product has been received it will be inspected thoroughly for the integrity of the product. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
